		<description>I agree that so-called management strategies have been nothing short of hair brained so far. They seem to rely on nothing but killing everything around us, in the hope that we can mitigate some of the damage we cause in the world by... by causing more damage. In other words, since we want to kill so many fish without restraint, we think we can accomplish this without dooming the fish, by killing off natural predators. Poppycock. 

We need a new paradigm. We can&#039;t rely on those whose budget requires the sale of fishing licenses to have the best interests of the fish in mind when they set management priorities.</description>
